Course content:
Prerequisites for the course
- You need a Peplink router that is suitable for bundling Internet connections. If you don't have one, we can provide you with one.
- Basic knowledge of IP addresses is helpful.
- Peplink products developed for broadcasting are presented.
Peplink
InControl2
- Introduction to Peplink InControl2.
- Communication between Peplink and InControl2.
- Integration of new devices in InControl2.
- Organizations and groups.
- Group settings and user administration.
- Management of device systems, including password protection and configuration backups.
Device communication and SpeedFusion
- Communication scheme (ports and firewall requirements).
- SpeedFusion: Technical overview and different levels.
- Hands-on configuration of devices: Web interface access, configuration backups, firmware upgrades and more.
- Troubleshooting with WAN Analyzer speed tests and graphics in SpeedFusion tunnels.
Additional training courses:
- Antenna fundamentals, including omni and directional antennas.
- Use of USB LTE modems and USB RJ45 adapters.
- Integration of WLAN WAN in SpeedFusion and the acceptance of captive portals.
- Creation of outbound guidelines for SIM card portals and VLANs.
- In-depth insights into SpeedFusion, including bonding algorithms, data flow control and more.
- Setting up high availability (HA) and backup hubs.
- Notifications in InControl and configuration of OpenVPN, QoS and Captive Portals.
- Firewall rules and content blocking on the devices.
